At the beginning of a 5-day drive across country, my husband’s poison ivy went out of control on the back of his legs – I HAD TO DRIVE! A Ford, F-350 with a stick, pulling a U-Haul. It was horrible! My back hurt, my leg went numb, my digestion was wrecked, neck pain caused my headache and I was so tired feeling… things I’m not used to experiencing.

Positioning your Yoga Wrap Spine Support

Different positions can help alleviate different pains.

Alleviate low back pain and diminish sciatic pain

Its best to start low at the sacrum to diminish sciatic pain and stop low back pain. After a couple of weeks, move it up slightly; this allows more length gradually and “trains” the body to maintain this taller stance.

Stop neck pain and upper back pain

Right in between the shoulder blades is best to improve breathing and keep you alert on those long drives. This is also the best position to stop neck pain, which can be the cause of those headaches.

Naturally Increase Energy
